Undermain Theatre offers full subscription tickets and individual performance tickets with pricing to fit any budget!
There are three types of subscription packages available: Thursday evening packages, Friday evening or Sunday matinee packages and Pick Any Performance Premium Package, our most popular subscription. All subscriptions are available for 4 ticket per season packages and 8 tickets per season packages. For more information or to purchase a subscription, click the button below.
Single tickets are are available for each performance starting approximately 4 weeks before opening. Undermain Theatre offers discounted tickets to all performances except Previews for Students and Educators at all levels, Seniors, KERA members, and Industry Artists. Discounted tickets may be purchased online by clicking the Single Ticket button below.

Refund Policy/Exchange Policy:
All Single Ticket Sales are non-refundable. Single tickets may be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance of the performance date under certain circumstances. Upgrade fees may apply. Please email the Box Office at boxoffice@undermain.org for assistance with a possible exchange.
Season subscription holders and donors using donation vouchers may exchange their reserved tickets at any time during the same season, even after the performance date. No fees apply. Please email our Concierge Ticket Service at development@undermain.org for assistance.
Cancellation Policy:
In the rare occasion when Undermain Theatre must cancel a performance, all tickets will be refunded fully or exchanged for another available performance during the same season.
Single ticket holders may either request a full refund or an exchange voucher for a future performance during the same season. Single tickets may also be converted to a 100% tax deductible donation at the patron’s request.
Season subscription vouchers and donation vouchers will be refunded to the patron account.
Donations made as a part of a ticket purchase are not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
